Still nothing recent to post, but I'm working on a few things.

Large Ghostbuster painting for a friend. about 3ft x 5ft
Sample sequential pages
A story involving some old characters and new ones.
Started going to a little drawing group with :iconpaulsizer: and a few other people. Seems fun, so it'll probably be a recurring thing I do do Wednesday nights.

I have a few other things going on, but not art related really. Although I may be going to the Chicago Comic-con next month. Anyways, that's all I really wanted to say so I think I'll go relax a bit since I just got home from work. Maybe I'll pop in Record of Lodoss War. I haven't watched that in years.

Wild guess here, near D-town are ya?

All the artists seem to be over there and not near kalamazoo. Jon Malin and Ryan Stegman are the closest to me. It'd be nice to hook up with folks on a regular basis.

Actually, I live in Kalamazoo. Most of my friends aren't the artsy type. So it's always fun running into other artist in the area.

No way. There's another cat up there that seems to not know networking. Other then that I thought it was pretty dry (unless your a "fine" artist attending Western- aka art snob). That's pretty cool. Maybe we can hunt down a few more and get a group together for drinks once a week.

Nah, I was never interested in going to Western. I'm basically self taught. I've been trying to find a few others in the area, but like you said, It seems a little dry. I think it'd be fun to hit up a pub with a sketch pad and have a few drinks. Essentially what they're doing with the Drink and Draw social club.
